I know the AI art is just terrible for artists, but I honestly think if they prevented people from using AI art commercially, it wouldn't be as big of a deal.
However, this will literally be almost impossible to regulate.
Pandora's out the box.
Even kids in school will be able to generate full essays
the world and many of its systems soon will have to change

expecting new technology to go backwards or dissapear? never
if even one person has the openai code, it's everywhere forever
even if nobody had it, every ai coder who knows how to create ai would have to be silenced or banned from doing so
and the dark web would still have it
we need to face this as a society:
there is no erasing it, we must adapt and consider how we can benefit everyone using these new systems
