I was pondering recently, again, on things and stuff.

With a couple of other fellows we were talking on the topic of the Fibonacci sequence, Phi, that golden ratio, etc. (as is used in some of my poetry and many far greater works) and possible uses in things like LLMs and gematria.

After some discussion with the young Master Hagr a day or two ago where I suggested maybe a reduction process could help with a scaling issue, some googlery occurred late last night and I found myself looking at what I can only describe as a known unknown, a reduction process of the Fibonacci that reveals a pattern of it's own:

As we should all be aware the basic reduction system as found in many occult or not processes is to add numbers together until they are a single digit, thusly:

345	=	3+4+5	=	12	=	1+2	=	3
What was found by the mathmagicians mentioned in the article is that when performing this process on the Fibonacci sequence is that there is a recurring pattern in the result. The first 12 digits and the second twelve digits when added together as pairs will always equal that magickal number 9.

To show it, we'll take the first 12 numbers of the Fibonacci and reduce them to single digits through addition.

I won't do the full second set as it gets a bit messy in forum style without a grid, suffice to say that the second row below, is that next set of 12 numbers, reduced to single digits. So we add the first row to the second row and each pair equals 9, except in the case of 9+9 where it equals 18, where the process is repeated 1+8 = 9.

Something I noticed that isn't in the article is that even when reduced to single digits, the pattern of

Fn = Fn-1 + Fn-2

remains in tact, provided you again perform the reduction. Like so.

Patterns in patterns, recurring and reproducing themselves. Like a fractal seeded, self similar, the pattern goes on and on.

Yet those that can seed - creators of new - without breaking that which already exists; these are the weavers, shapers, and rather than - as some say - reality benders, are in fact, reality makers.
