I understand how this can be confusing but it isn't the case.
Genetic memory can explain those provably wrong stories where folks claim they waz kangz and other things of that nature, via the mixing of bloodlines.
It can also explain "Past Life" experiences where multiple people are claiming to have been the same (usually famous) person from long ago, it's not a past life, its a fragment of genetic memory.
