People feel free to do whatever they want to, we don't have reign over them. It sounds like a recipe for self destruction of ourselves due to our freedom to do such things, creating conflicts, wars and hungry people, etc, sadly we are in this world, I get it.
But the moral is the last thing that crosses our heads before we help others, it's the spark that somehow can make the difference. Cancer is a cruel thing to treat but joining the family while treating with the sick helps to strengthen the union, at the end of the day these same people that are now gone have also taught you something about life, and i think preserving their legacy it's the best thing we can do after they have gone through so much in their lives.
Not blaming the planet for bringing this against us, if you keep defining the world as doomed, then guess what, it's doomed, but not for everyone, only to your world.
